Dr Bhikhu Patel MBBS – Managing Director

Is a founding member of Alpha Care Management Services Limited, he is a General Medical Practitioner and responsible for organisation strategy and financial efficiencies. Primarily focused on company growth and sourcing future business opportunities. Prior to founding Alpha Care Management Services Limited he owned and ran medical practices in southern Africa with Dr Ketki Patel.

Dr Ketki Patel MBBS MBA – Managing Director

Is a founding member of Alpha Care Management Services Limited, she is skilled in both clinical procedures and business management and is a General Medical Practitioner and MBA graduate. She is responsible for the strategic growth, clinical excellence and operational efficiencies within Alpha Care Management Services Limited.

Mr Frank Thompson – Financial Controller

Mr. Thompson has been with Alpha Care Management Services Limited for many years and is responsible for financial control within the organisation. Responsibilities include, production of management accounts, staff payroll, invoicing, maintaining relationships with suppliers and authorities along with procurements arrangements and budgeting.

Mr Gautam Patel BSc MA – Operations Director

Mr. Patel worked in the financial sector as a banker before joining Alpha Care Management Services Limited 7 years ago. He is responsible for managing the day to day operational and financial issues within the organisation, and maintaining relationships with all the regulatory bodies. In addition he oversees budgets, third party contracts, staff recruitment, employment issues and compliance.

Mr Alan Hood RMN – Operations Manager

 Mr. Hood is an experienced manager within this sector having worked as a regional manger for Southern Cross Plc and Life Style Care. He has worked as a locality manager for the NHS in both mental health and acute settings. He has been with Alpha Care Management Services Limited for 5 years he is responsible for daily operations, staff training and supervision, quality assurance.
